Athletic Nutrients is a multivitamin-mineral complex for exercise and training. Contains other ATP cofactors including CoQ10 and alpha-ketoglutarate. This formula protects muscles from oxidative stress with green tea and polyphenols from mangosteen, acai, noni, pomegranate and quebracho extract.

Suggested Usage:
Take 2 capsules, twice a day, with food, or as directed by a physician.
Other ingredients:
Ascorbyl palmitate, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water).
Warnings:
Quite rarely, some ingredients may cause mild gastrointestinal upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation. Green tea or alpha lipoic acid can cause headaches in sensitive people. Creatine can cause muscle spasms. Creatine supplementation may be contraindicated in individuals with kidney disease. One case report of creatine use was associated with each of the following: atrial fibrillation, dermatitis, and acute interstitial nephritis.
CoQ10, green tea and grape extract may be contraindicated when taking blood thinners. N-acetyl-L-cysteine is contraindicated with nitroglycerin. Individuals taking alpha-lipoic acid antidiabetic drugs may need to monitor their blood glucose levels. Consult your physician for more information.
