Pyridoxal 5 'Phosphate (Vitamin B6) is a water-soluble vitamin that is essential for the proper functioning of the body. Pyridoxine is involved in the process of hematopoiesis: the synthesis of red blood cells, hemoglobin, which prevents the development of anemia. Vitamin B6 strengthens the immune system by increasing the production of antibodies. Vitamin B6 deficiency in adults can cause health problems related to the nervous system (biotus). Vitamin B6 regulates the functioning of the liver (has a lipotropic effect). Vitamin B6 deficiency can be replenished by using vitamin complexes containing this vitamin.
Vitamin B12, (Methyl B12) is part of the vitamin B complex. Like other B vitamins, it is involved in energy metabolism and other biochemical processes. Vitamin B12 is stored in the liver for several years and is found exclusively in animal products. Most B vitamins are easily absorbed, but vitamin B12 requires special compounds. Vitamin B12 is a necessary cofactor for the production of DNA, the genetic material that acts as the foundation of all life. This process requires folic acid and vitamin B6, and deficiencies in any of these nutrients can lead to problems.
Methylfolate – is the biologically active, naturally occurring form of folate. Methylfolate is used for basic bodily functions: cell division and neurotransmitter synthesis.
