Recommended use: 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily as needed, preferably on an empty stomach.

Other Ingredients : vegetable polysaccharides (capsule), silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). This product has twice the amount of L-Theanine (200mg per capsule) as regular No Foods (100mg per capsule).

Does not contain : wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, or tree nuts.
