Description

Creatine – it is a carboxylic nitric acid, which is produced from glycine, methionine and arginine in the pancreas, liver and kidneys, and enters the muscles with the blood. Fish and meat are the main food sources of Creatine. With the systemic intake of Creatine, water is retained in the muscles and they become more voluminous, which allows them to be better trained. In addition to positive results for athletes, creatine also has medical applications. For more detailed advice, you can contact the manager at the Biotus website
