Description

Diindolylmethane, DIM-200, Now Foods is a natural metabolite of several compounds found in cruciferous vegetables: broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cabbage. In small amounts, this drug can inhibit the aromatase enzyme (and prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen). This is especially important for men, as high estrogen levels can negate all of their workouts. More information on the Biotus website.

Usage: 1 capsule per day with food. Adults only.

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable), silica, stearic acid.
