How to use:
For skin, hair, nails and joints: 5 drops 2 times a day mixed with ¼ a glass of liquid (preferably with juice) and drink immediately.
For bones: 6 drops once a day mixed with ¼ glass of liquid (preferably with juice) and drink immediately.
Other ingredients: glycerin, purified water.
Free of: milk, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial additives, sweeteners, preservatives and colors.
Warnings : Store in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children. Do not use if protective ring is broken or missing.
